Planning of the physical container stock for allocation for discharging/loading and the plan for unloading/loading of containers

• A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a busy Yard Planning team

• Ensure planning of discharge / load units are located near to vessels, assigned berth.
•  Minimize any unnecessary moves.
   

To ensure the safe and efficient unloading / loading of vessels in line with RSGT operating and performance standards

•  A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role in a high volume terminal operation
•  Undertaken and passed appropriate operating health and safety programs
•  Understand emergency procedures for safe operating of the equipment
•  Ensure efficient discharging / loading of vessels
   

Check temperatures on a regular basis, report any exceptions to supervisor for further action, plugging and unplugging of containers etc.

•  A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a busy Container Terminal for Reefer planning.

To assist in the area of civil maintenance and construction projects and electrical repairs associated with the port facilities. Provide engineering service and coordination in respect of the initiation and execution of project work associated with other building works associated with the company.

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering issued by a recognized institution in civil and/or structural engineering. Additional qualifications or experience in associated discipline(s) will be advantageous.
• At least 10 years relevant hands on experience, 6 of which must have been as a in a senior staff position. The greater part of the experience should have been acquired in a civil construction organization or facility ideally associated with port construction or similar activity.
• Saudi Nationals with good command over English Language will be preferred.
   

To provide a hands on service for the maintenance of state of the art Terminal Tractors, Reach Stackers, Empty Container Handlers and Forklifts.

• Certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 5 years relevant hands on experience, 2 of which must have been in a supervisory position
• Excellent communication & team working skills
• Good command of English

To assist and provide support to existing systems, analyze user requirements & designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedures manuals, and help sheets for application systems, including data, Process, and Business flow of systems.

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or MIS and any related field
2. Good Skills in programming Java, XML, Groovy code, Oracle Apps & Database with PL/SQL.
3. Knowledge of financial models, HRMS and budgeting (Oracle business suite preferable)

To assist and to support the stable operation of the in-house computer network including the voice network. This includes planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links while ensuring minimal network downtime.

•  Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information technology and any related field
• 2-5 years experience in the IT / System field, and Certifications MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CCVP.
• Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks; configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices. Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
•  Good Skills in Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX/Linux ; Switches, Routers, Servers, Firewalls, LAN, WA TCP & VOIP
